Locomotives in Montenegro

05 Nov

Somewhere along the line I failed to notice the country of Montenegro being created from a part of Serbia. Today I corrected that mistake and was able to add photos of the two locomotives in Montenegro. First we have a 750mm gauge 0renstein & Koppel 0-8-0T on display at the railway station in Podgorica, Montenegro (previously Serbia.

The second locomotive we had listed as a 2-4-4T in Bar-Virpazar, Serbia. It is actually a 750mm gauge Borsig-built 2-4-4-0T, display at the Bar railway station, on the Bar-Virpazar railway line, in Bar, Montenegro. Again, the photo below is courtesy of Herbert Ortner.
